Norrsken Jackets
Background
We had the opportunity to help D2C fashion brand Norrsken scale their paid social marketing (Facebook ads & Instagram ads) and help them reach a broader audience in both Northern and Continental Europe.
We helped with the development of the paid social marketing strategy and also the implementation via media buying, content creation, copywriting, data analysis and reporting.
Goal
The goal was to grow the brand as much as possible with as low as possible CAC via primarily paid social channels, but also to synchronize all digital marketing channels, such as paid search and influencer marketing, to work coherently together towards the same goal.
Result
Average monthly revenue growth reaching +300% YoY during a 7 month period.
Xlash Cosmetics
Background
We had the opportunity to help rebuild D2C beauty brand Xlash's global email marketing infrastructure covering everything from technical data migration from their previous email software to Klaviyo, custom data integration with WooCommerce, to developing email marketing and audience segmentation strategies, as well as "boots on the ground" work such as email copywriting and content creation, A/B testing and structuring email campaigns.
Goal
The goal was to develop a new email marketing strategy and implement it from the ground up in order to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
Result
127% increase in email revenue YoY.
VetZoo
Background
We had the opportunity to help D2C pet brand VetZoo, now part of Arken Zoo, scale their paid social marketing (Facebook & Instagram ads) and help them implement high converting and scalable strategies for both new customer acquisition as well as recurring customer retention.
We helped with everything from the paid social marketing strategy to the implementation of that strategy which involved media buying, content creation, copywriting, data analysis and data reporting.
Goal
The goal was to increase the new customer rate at a lower than previous CAC and increase profitability and revenue from previous customers via Facebook & Instagram ads.
Overall a more data-driven strategy for paid social was much sought after.
Result
72% increase in revenue YoY, more returning customers as well as a better strategy to acquire new customers at a much lower CAC and a major improvement in the customers engagement of VetZoo's Facebook & Instagram paid creative content.
