Refund policy
Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 7 days and only applies to first-time purchases of our products/services. If 7 days has gone by since your first order was placed or since you initiated recurring payments to us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our 7 day refund policy does not apply to the audits or the 1-on-1 consultation meetings.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 24 hours from the date on which you placed your order.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, the following criteria must be met:
- An order and/or product and/or service can not already have been delivered to you or to a third party you have appointed.
- You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
- You must inform us of your decision by email: info@gvecommerce.com.
Termination of recurring payments
Recurring payments and/or services may be canceled by either us or you the customer, with or without cause, by delivering a written Notice of Termination to the non-terminating party by email with at least thirty (30) days notice. Termination shall be effective on the thirtieth (30th) day after the date of actual receipt of such notice by the non-terminating party.
30 day money back guarantee
Our 30 day money back guarantee applies only to our audits and only applies after each and every written or spoken recommendation and/or instruction associated with those audits, has been applied exactly as described therein. Furthermore, the money back guarantee applies only if the customer has experienced a significant direct financial loss that can be solely attributed to our audits. The customer is responsible for proving the application of each and every recommendation and/or instruction and/or any direct financial loss solely attributed to our audits in order to be eligible for a refund. The customer must make a written request and attach this proof in an email from the date an order is placed to 30 days after in order to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if we deem the proof to be insufficient.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your product/service upon reception/fulfillment and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, not as described or if you received the wrong product/service, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable products
Certain types of products/services cannot be refunded, like custom products/services (special orders etc). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or cancellations on sale products, gift cards or orders placed with a discount code.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund of the product/service you have bought, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product/service.
